About
Built with intention
Ascend 21 Homes exists for one purpose: to build homes with intention. From the first rendering to the final walkthrough, we obsess over structure, flow, and finishes so that every space feels balanced, comfortable, and enduring.
Before establishing Ascend 21 Homes, I spent years in tech at Microsoft, and that background still shapes how I run every project. I'm obsessed with process efficiency, and I actively use AI to streamline the parts of building that traditionally move slowest—permitting research, engineering coordination, and keeping every trade and stakeholder aligned in real time.
We approach each build as a craft, not just a checklist. That means clear communication, thoughtful construction, and a deep respect for the families and investors who trust us with their future home.
For a closer look at what that process really looks like—site walks, framing milestones, design decisions, and finishing touches—follow @resham_jagtiani on Instagram. You’ll see the care, quality standards, and real-time progress behind every Ascend 21 Homes project.

How We Work
A clear process, from first call to final walkthrough
No surprises, no scope creep you didn't sign off on. Here's what working with Ascend 21 Homes looks like.
- 01
Discovery Call
We walk your space (in person or over video), talk through goals, budget range, and timeline, and make sure we're the right fit before anything else.
- 02
Design + Scope
Our designers develop layouts, finishes, and material selections with you, and our estimators turn the design into a fixed, itemized scope of work.
- 03
Permitting + Planning
We lead and coordinate drawings, engineering, and permit submissions, and build out a construction schedule so you know what's happening and when.
- 04
Build
Licensed, best-in-class crews and vetted trade partners execute the work, with frequent walkthroughs and photo updates so you're never left wondering what's next.
- 05
Walkthrough + Warranty
We do a final punch-list walkthrough together, hand over care instructions for finishes, and back the work with subcontractor warranty.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most from homeowners, lenders, partners, and potential investors reviewing this portfolio.
Think of us as the quarterback for your project — we take the headache of managing a remodel off your plate. We handle the design (architects, engineers, permits, renderings so you can see the space before a wall comes down), hand-select the right crew for your project from trades we already trust, and stay on top of budget and timeline so you're never left guessing what's next. It's design and build, done as one seamless package, with one person keeping you in the loop the whole way.
